Campus Dining is committed to bringing our guests a truly sustainable dining experience. With a number of programs in place, including a reusable mug and sports bottle program intended to reduce landfill waste, we strive to impact every aspect of the dining experience. We use only biodegradable disposable products and encourage the use of reusable containers at Campus Connection @ H-Quad. Campus Dining offers organic tote bags for guests to use instead of plastic bags, and our catering department offers water in pitchers only. Organic products and locally grown produce are offered as much as possible, and we have a strict policy to use fish from the Seafood Watch safe list.
