South P Lot Garden Cultural Awareness and EducationSustainable Landscape

Located on the periphery of South P Lot, surrounded by blacktop and automobiles, is a small patch of paradise. It's here that you'll find an organic garden, lovingly tended to by student volunteers. The garden has been around for a while, though exactly how long is something of a mystery - ask around, and you'll hear anywhere from 3 years to 10 years. Currently, the care and tending of the garden is the responsibility of the Environmental Club. It's purpose is three-fold: a place to teach, a place to learn and a place to develop a sense of community. Volunteers are always needed and welcome. If you are interested in volunteering to assist with the organic garden, please contact Ryan for more information.
