About Us

The Stony Brook University Center for Survey Research is a state-of-the-art survey research facility designed to conduct telephone, web and mail surveys with people and organizations on Long Island, in New York State and throughout the United States.

Our goal is to provide high quality research services to:

• University Faculty and Administration
• Federal, State and Local Government Agencies
• Media and Non-Profit Organizations

The Center has the management, staff and facilities required to conduct all phases of surveys. Sample and study designs are tailored to researchers' needs and may involve local, state, regional, national, targeted or elite populations.

The Center's staff can assist researchers in formulating questions and designing questionnaires as needed.
