Internship & Cultural Experience at Konkuk University: KU internship program at Konkuk University is a four week program inviting students from English speaking countries to provide hands on experience by teaching English to university students during the summer. The program is designed for students majoring in TESOL and is especially valuable to those interested in learning Korean culture. Housing and airfare stipend available.

Program Description: The International Summer School I(ISSI) program at the University of Seoul (UOS) was first established in 2000, and provides international students with a great opportunity to learn about Korean culture and tradition. Reorganized in 2005, the ISS has been receiving increased funding from the Seoul Metropolitan Government and offers various incentives to participants coming from not only the partner universities but also many prestigious universities over the world.

Program Description: HUFS is composed of two campuses, the Seoul campus located in the eastern region of the nation's capital city, and its suburban campus in Yong-in, which is about an hour and a half drive from the Seoul campus. Founded as Korea’s only institution of higher education focusing in foreign languages, HUFS produced a first class of 133 graduates in 1958 and began to broaden the reach of Korea toward the world. In 1978, HUFS became the largest college in Korea with four divisions and 28 departments and recruited 1,005 new students each year.
