Development Programs - Includes career and test preparation courses and certificate programs (e.g., paralegal studies, human resource certification examinations, certified fitness instructor training)
- Computer
Training Programs - Courses range from beginner's courses
in learning the PC to advanced IT training for professional certification.
- Required Workshops for New York State Licensing - Workshops for teachers, administrators, social workers and anyone else who needs to take the required seminars on child abuse, substance abuse and school violence.
Statement
of Student Responsibility
Students themselves are responsible for reviewing, understanding, and
abiding by the University's regulations, procedures, requirements and
deadlines as described in all official publications. These include the
Undergraduate Bulletin (and supplements), Summer Sessions Bulletin, SPD Bulletin and website,
Graduate Bulletin, Student Handbook and Class Schedules. Students should
keep all Stony Brook catalogs and correspondence for reference.
