New Special Events Registration System
OLLI has an online registration and payment system for special events.
This new system provides a more efficient way to obtain and track enrollment,
as well as an easy and secure method of fee collection, which makes
OLLI compliant with University requirements for handling payments.
Members must log on and complete a simple form to register for any
special event (see instructions below). While most members have access
to computers, we recognize that some members will need to avail themselves
of a public computer (or one belonging to family and friends) to register.
Below is a schedule of upcoming events. This list contains the name
of each event, the date that the registration form will become available,
and contact information of the trip or event coordinator. Detailed trip
information will be printed in the Chronicles.
Instructions for using the system appear at the
bottom of this page. If you have any technical problems using the system,

WAIT LIST: If an event closes and you wish to be placed on a wait list, open that event flyer, and call the trip leader noted there.

How to Use the Online Registration/Payment
System
To access the Registration/Payment system, click on the link that corresponds
to the event for which you wish to register. You’ll be taken to
a new, secure web page that has a simple form for you to complete. Enter
your contact information, Stony Brook ID number and bus pickup preference
in the personal information section and your credit card information
in the place provided. All credit card information is secure; once it
is submitted, no one—not even the trip coordinator or OLLI administrators—can
view your credit card information. If you plan to bring a guest, you
should contact the trip/event coordinator for further instructions.
You will receive a credit card confirmation by e-mail, which you should
print and save. When registering for a free event, print the confirmation
that is displayed on the screen (you will not receive an e-mail).
Questions regarding details of the trip should be directed to the trip/event
coordinator. In the event that a trip is full, you should contact the
trip/event coordinator to be placed on a waiting list.
