Coordinator of Residence Life

The Residence Halls are supervised by a full-time professional Coordinator of Residence Life (CR). The CR is responsible for establishing an environment that fosters the academic and personal development of residential students. He or she serves as an advisor to the Residence Life Council, promotes and supports educational and social programming. The CR upholds behavioral expectations, and supervises the Resident Assistants. In addition, CRs maintain work with departmental committees, teach peer education courses, work with the Living Learning Centers and promote educational programming and academic initiatives within the Hall.

The Residence Life Office was established in August 2007 by Coordinator of Residence Life Sherrille Shabazz in Amagansett Hall.
