Friday, November 20 Open House at the Manhattan Campus

5:00 PM – 6:00PM Info Session, Large Conference Room.  Join the Program Director Julie Sheehan, to hear about our workshops in fiction, memoir, creative nonfiction, poetry, and more, all taught by distinguished working writers. Learn about combining course work in Manhattan and Southampton. We will discuss the design of our program and answer questions about it and the application process.
 
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM TSR: The Southampton Review Winter/Spring 2016 Issue Launch Party. Enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres on us, mingling with current MFA students and contributors to our literary magazine.

Tuesday, October 20 Online Info Session with Q&A 

8:00PM, EST. Join the Program Director Julie Sheehan and the Executive Director of Southampton Arts Carla Caglioti, online. Learn about combining course work in Manhattan and Southampton, typical course offerings at both campuses, and writing in multiple genres, including books for kids. We will discuss the design of our program and answer questions about it and the application process.

Wednesday, October 14 Open House at the Southampton Campus
You're cordially invited to attend an open house, reception, and reading 5:30 pm—8:30 pm. Come to all or part of the itinerary: 

5:30 – 6:30PM Info Session, Chancellor Hall, 202.  Join the Program Director, Julie Sheehan, and other faculty members to hear about our workshops in fiction, memoir, creative nonfiction, poetry, and more, all taught by distinguished working writers. Learn about combining course work in Manhattan and Southampton, or, if you're interested in writing kid's books, our one-year Children's Lit Fellows program. We will discuss the design of our program and answer questions about it and the application process.

6:30 – 7:00PM MFA Program Reception, CH Radio Lounge. Meet MFA in Creative Writing students and feast on cheese cubes.

7:00 – 8:00PM Writers Speak Wednesdays, CH Radio Lounge: David Lynn in Conversation with Roger Rosenblatt. The writer and editor of Kenyon Review gives a reading and interview with MFA faculty member Roger Rosenblatt. Book signing and general milling about to follow.
