In every case but one, the PTC agreed with the department. In that one case, the PTC voted for promotion and tenure, contrary to the department. In one case for promotion to Professor, the departmental vote was almost evenly split; the PTC voted in favor of promotion. In every case, all administrators (Dean, Provost, and President) agreed with the PTC.
