In Person
All donations (credit card, check, cash) will be accepted in the Advancement Office (Suite 488 Administration Building). Cash donations will only be accepted in person. Please fill out the form and bring it with you.

The University Advancement Office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is located on the fourth floor of the Administration Building.

By Mail
If you are donating by check or money order you can download and print the form in Adobe PDF format. Mail the completed form with the check or money order to:
