In Person
All donations (cash, check) will be accepted in the Office of the Dean of Students (Suite 222) in the Student Activities Center and at select student events throughout the spring. Cash donations will only be accepted in person. Please fill out the form and bring it with you.

The Office of the Dean of Students is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is located on the second floor of the Student Activities Center.

By Mail
If you are donating by check or money order you can download and print the form in Adobe PDF format. Mail the completed form with the check or money order to:
