Requests for phone/data hookups for special events

All requests for phone/data must be submitted in writing to:
TeLNeT@notes.cc.sunysb.edu 

A description of what is needed should be submitted. Please include an account number for any related charges, a contact person, and phone number.

TeLNeT asks that all requests be submitted with at least 2 weeks notice prior to the event to insure your request is handle accordingly to your needs.

Audio/Visual Support:

You must contact the Educational Technologies Services Office at (631) 632-9400 at least 10 days prior to the event to discuss my specific requirements. This is required if you want ANY A/V services.
