Stony Brook $1,000 Fiction Prize

Now in its 19th year, the Stony Brook $1,000 Fiction Prize includes a scholarship to the Southampton Writers Conference.

The Deborah Hecht Memorial Prize in Fiction

Students who are eligible to apply for and receive the Prize must meet the following qualifications:
A. Be enrolled as a full-time MFA student
B. Submit an original work of fiction.

Short Play and Short Film Prizes

The Stony Brook Southampton MFA Program in Theatre and the Summer Theatre & Film Workshops will be awarding Short Play and Short Film Prizes in 2012. Undergraduate students may submit either a 5-10 minute short play or a short film of 3-10 minutes. LEARN MORE
