New York State Resident Application: Complete this application if your principal or permanent home has been in New York State for a 12-month period immediately prior to the date you intend to enroll (and you do not meet the criteria for filing an International Student Application).

Out-of-State Application: Complete this application if your principal or permanent home has not been in New York State for a 12-month period immediately prior to the date you intend to enroll (and you do not meet the criteria for filing an International Student Application).

International Student Application: Complete this application if you:

* Wish to study in the U.S. under a student (F-1) visa. Those with valid B-1 or B-2 visas, must change their status to F-1.
* Currently hold an F-1, F-2, J-1, or J-2 visa.
