Calling all undergrads, grad students, faculty and staff:
Create a short video showing us your favorite spot on campus and explaining why you chose it. Enter and you may win a top prize of $1000.
Videos can be as short as short 30 seconds or as long as one minute, and professional equipment is not required. You can use a camcorder, a webcam or even a video-recording phone. Don’t have access to a recording device? We’ll lend you one of our Flip Video Camcorders (subject to availability).
Submissions will be judged by a panel of students, faculty, and staff. They will be looking for authenticity and creativity. Share with us your unique perspective about how this location has influenced your Stony Brook experience. - Join our YouTube group — http://www.youtube.com/group/sbcontest2 — and submit your video to the group by November 15, 2009. (See the format guidelines and contest rules on the Rules page).
