Meetings
As required by New York State Education Law, the Stony Brook council meets a minimum of four times per calendar year at times specified by the Chairperson, and sometimes more frequently.
Each meeting date is determined at the prior meeting, generally comprising a total of two meetings in each of the spring and fall semesters respectively. Meeting dates and times are posted in local newspapers, and on the University’s calendar web page.
Whenever possible meetings will be made available as Webcasts.
