SPRING INTO A HEALTHIER U: WALK ON WEDNESDAYS IS BACK!

FREE to Non-Members of Campus Recreation Center. Choose from a variety of fitness options during Spring Break, March 18 to 22, 2013.

Fitness Classes: 30 minute fitness classes held during lunchtime and after 5:00 p.m. Classes include: Yoga, Zumba, Pump & Sculpt, Cycle Fit and Step It Up. Offered on Tuesday, March 19 and Thursday March 21.

Fitness Orientation: 45 minute consultation with a Certified Personal Trainer to learn how to use the fitness equipment and to address your fitness concerns. By appointment on Friday, March 22 between 8:00 and 2:00 p.m.

Tours: Register for Group Tours on Monday, March 18 and Wednesday, March 20 at either 12:00 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. Walk-ins accepted for tours anytime the Campus Recreation Center is open.

FITNESS ORIENTATION: FRIDAY, MARCH 22, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by appointment
INSTRUCTOR: Certified Personal Trainers at the Campus Recreation Center.
DESCRIPTION: Take a tour of the NEW Campus Recreation Center with a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Professionals. Throughout the tour we will get you acquainted with the over 250 pieces of fitness equipment available. Additional programs offered through the Department of Campus Recreation will be discussed. Prepare yourself for a mild activity level. Tour will last approximately 45 minutes.

FITNESS TOURS:
TOUR GUIDE: Campus Recreation Center staff member. Stop in at Front Desk in the Lobby for a Tour.
DESCRIPTION: Join a Campus Recreation Center (CRC) staff member for a tour of this NEW facility that comprises three floors with 85,000 square feet of programming space. Includes cardio training, strength training, indoor track, three-court gymnasium, lounge space and locker rooms. Meet in the CRC Lobby. As they say "Try Before You Buy" and you will not be disappointed.
If interested, you can request a FREE ONE DAY PASS (if you haven't done so already) to be used anytime that the CRC is open. If you cannot join a Tour, then stop in at your convenience, when the CRC is open for a tour by one of the CRC staff members.
