Looking for research-based nutrition approaches for controlling your weight, diabetes, high cholesterol or high blood pressure? Target Fitness is for you!

Led by registered dietitians, the program is a successful 12-Week weight management program and includes the book Losing Weight Permanently with the Bulls-Eye Food Guide.

Cost is $220 per person for all 12 weeks. The Program begins JANUARY 8, 2013.
