Dining to Donate: Enjoy a meal that’s filling and fulfilling. Eat in or try our curbside to-go service. For every $20.00 spent, $5.00 will be donated to IKARE, the Kappa Alpha Psi Haiti Relief Initiative. You must present the special flier to your server at the time of ordering. For the flier, contact Susan.Dimonda@stonybrook.edu or stop by information tables in the SAC or Student Union.

Blood Drive for Haiti: One Dollar For Every Donation
Student Activities Center, Ballroom A, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
The New York Blood Center will donate one dollar to the U.S. Fund for UNICEF for each blood donation and the funds will be earmarked for Haiti. In addition, regular donors will be able to designate their points in NYBC's Advantage donor loyalty program to UNICEF's Haiti earthquake relief efforts. You can also donate blood at University Hospital by calling Jennifer Peace at 444-7586.

Student Leaders Meeting, 4:00 pm, SAC 302
Sue DiMonda and Cheryl Chambers will be coordinating a meeting with Student Leaders from various clubs and organizations to discuss ways to collaborate in the Haiti Relief Effort.

Friday, February 5
Relief for Haiti Banquet, 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm, SAC Auditorium
Sponsored by HSO and CSO. The event will include a speaker and student performers. Admission: Donations of toiletries, clothing and supplies, band aids, toothpaste, etc. No food items or monetary donations.

Saturday, February 6
Party for a Purpose: "L'Union fait la force: In Union there is Strength"
SAC Ballroom A, 11:00 pm to 3:00 am
Admission: $5 for students, $7 for non students. Tickets on sale in SAC Ticket Office. Sponsored by National Pan-Hellenic Council, Incorporated (NPHC) All proceeds will be donated towards Haiti Relief.

The HSO and CSO have reserved tables in the SAC from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on the following dates: January 25, 27, 29, February 1, 2, and 5 and in the Union Lobby from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on the following dates: January 26, 28, and February 4. Requesting donations of toiletries, clothes, etc.

Please join us as we remember those lost, honor the heroes, and support the survivors. Coordinated by the Student National Medical Association with the students, faculty, and staff of the Health Sciences Center and Stony Brook University Medical Center.

"ShamROCKS for Haiti," a St. Patrick's Day Celebration to Benefit Haiti
5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, The Nutty Irishman, 60 East Main Street, Bay Shore


Featuring: Fathom, Twenty Six and Six, Nu Faze and Kontwal La with special performances by the Thomas O'Shaughnessy Memorial Pipe Band and The Keltic Dreams Irish Step Dancers.

Admission is $20 at the door or purchase tickets online at ticketweb.com. Tickets also available through Haitian Relief Task Force Committee members. All tickets include a chance to win one of many fabulous door prizes. 100% of all proceeds will go to Operation Hope for Children of Haiti (OHFCOH); United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR); and PAZAPA, an organization helping handicapped children in Jacmel. Must be 21 or older to attend. Sponsored by Stony Brook University Medical Center and Health Sciences Center.

Crafts Center Pottery Sale, SB Union
Sponsored by the Stony Brook Union Crafts Center. Decorative pottery bowls will be available for donations of $5 and $10. Collected donations will go to the American Red Cross. Only cash contributions and checks (made out to the American Red Cross) can be accepted.

Dine and Donate to Haiti at California Pizza Kitchen
The Campus Residences Haiti Relief Task Force is giving you an opportunity to donate funds to the children in Haiti, just by eating lunch and or dinner at the California Pizza Kitchen at the Smith Haven Mall on March 10-11. CPK will donate 20% of your bill for the Maison Fortune Orphanage in Haiti. All you have to do is present the attached flyer at the time of your purchase. Make it an office outing, suite/floor social, go with your classmates after class. Have fun and thank you for giving!
