Office of Conferences and Special Events-Conference services for groups and organizations that want to hold meetings, conferences, and seminars on the Stony Brook campus.

Stony Brook Union-The Stony Brook Union offers conference facilities, a ballroom, auditorium, video arcade, art gallery, dining, and an information center in the lobby, providing campus telephone directories and University news and events.

Student Activities Center (SAC)-Located in the heart of the Academic Mall, the SAC features an acoustically superior auditorium that seats 550 people and also has nine meeting rooms that can accommodate between 20 and 84 people. Available soon: multipurpose rooms for dances, receptions, award ceremonies, presentations, small concerts, and conferences. Catering is available.
