TICKETS

Gates to the Stadium open at 10:00 am. Tickets are required. In order to obtain tickets, candidates must complete the Ceremony Attendance Form on the SOLAR System. The deadline for completing this form is midnight May 3, 2013. Tickets guarantee entrance to the Stadium, but specific seats cannot be reserved.

Ticket Distribution for the Main Ceremony
Each candidate who completes the ceremony attendance form on the SOLAR System is eligible for guest tickets for open seating. Candidates attending the main Commencement Ceremony may request up to three tickets. Registered candidates must pick up their tickets for the Main Ceremony from May 13 through May 17, 2013 (current identification requested).

Ticket Distribution at the Wang Center, Zodiac Lobby as follows:
May 13, 2013: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
May 14, 2013: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
May 15, 2013: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
May 16, 2013: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
May 17, 2013: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

If tickets cannot be picked up during the scheduled ticket distribution, contact Conferences and Special Events at confevents@stonybrook.edu or call (631) 632-6320 for special arrangements or you will automatically forfeit your tickets.

Distance Learning Students Ticket Reservation
After Completing the Ceremony Attendance Form on SOLAR, Distance Learner candidates should contact Conferences and Special Events to make arrangements for tickets for the main ceremony to be held. The reserved tickets will be available for pick-up at the Commencement Information Tent on 5/24/13 located just outside of the stadium at Gate 2.

Unclaimed Tickets
Unclaimed tickets will be distributed 5/21 and 5/22, 2013, Wang Center, Zodiac Lobby, Time TBD.

Department Convocation Tickets
Tickets for Department Convocations will be distributed at the department of your major. Please contact your department rep for exact dates and times these tickets will be available.
