This form is used to identify individuals with authorization to encumber or commit account funds.
A separate Record of Authorized Signatures is required for each account, grant or contract. The Office of Grants Management is the office of record and forms received here remain active until further notification by the Award PI or the Project Director.
When a delegate is authorizes as a signatory on the account, the account director indicates on the form the extent of the delegate's authority.

Whenever a change in delegate occurs, a revision of a prior record should be sent to the Office of Grants Management, Zip =3366.
Note that the Record of Authorized Signature Form is not used to grant access to the RF Business System (PIAI or QuickView) or the MAS/MPS Reports.
