How to Obtain Access to the RF Business System (Oracle and PIAI)
If you are:
1. PI or co-PI of a Research Foundation Award/Project,
- Send an email to Tony DeVietro to get your user ID and password. You will have access to any Awards/Projects on which you are officially listed as PI or co-PI.
2. A member of an office that administers Research Foundation activity for the entire campus,
- complete an Administrative RF Business System security request form have it endorsed by your supervisor and forward it to Tony DeVietro (Zip = 3368)
- Be sure to specify the responsibilities that you will need to have.
3. An administrator for a department or office that needs inquiry access only to Awards/Projects for that department or office, (KEY Key member)
- complete an Academic Department security request form, have it endorsed by your supervisor and forward it to Tony DeVietro (Zip = 3368)
- be sure to indicate the organizational unit to whose information you need access
Most individuals will need training before they are able to navigate in the RF Business system.
