RF Web PIAI People

Access to the People Inquiry screen that allows a user to query people who have expenditures on awards the user has access to.  There is information related to expenditures for the people including detail encumbrance information, and labor schedule and HR administration information.

RF Web PIAI AP Inquiry

Access to the AP Inquiry screen that allows a user to query AP invoices and drill to the purchase orders and requisitions they were generated from (if any), payments made against the invoices, and any holds that may be placed on the invoice.

RF Web PIAI PO Inquiry

Access to the PO Inquiry screen that allows a user to query purchase orders and drill to the requisitions they were generated from (if any) and invoices generated from them.

RF Web PIAI REQ Inquiry

Access to the REQ Inquiry screen that allows a user to query requisitions and drill to the purchase orders and invoices generated from them.

RF Web PIAI AR Inquiry

Access to the AR Inquiry screen that allows a user to get information on AR invoices and the cash applied them.

Access to the Cash Inquiry screen that allows a user to get information on Cash receipts and the AR invoices that are tied to them.

Access to the Amin Inquiry screen that gives Award and Project abstract information including but not limited to compliances, reports due, budget, installments, and notes.

RF Web PIAI APT Summary

Access to APT Summary screen which provides summary and detail information on all balance related information for awards, projects, and tasks.  Information included is: budget, actuals, encumbrances, balances, and the ability to drill to the detail in other screens such AP, PO, REQ, and People.
