ORACLE PASSWORD/USER ID PROBLEMS

If you have logged in successfully at least once before and are now unable to log in because
you have forgotten your password, or your user ID and/or password doesn't work, you must send
an e-mail message including your USER ID to

asking them to reset your password. They will send a confirming return e-mail.
