Monthly Award Summaries (MAS) through Lotus Notes

In conjunction with the campus Division of Information Technology, the Grants Management Office has created and maintains a database of Monthly Award Summaries (MAS) in Lotus Notes. While not a substitute for on-line access to the Oracle system, the MAS's provide summary financial information about Awards on a monthly basis. The database is updated when the Research Foundation provides the MAS's -- usually in the second week after the month end.

Lotus Notes users with appropriate authorization can be given access to the MAS database. For information, contact Marie Bilbao.

Those not wishing to use the LotusNotes client can access this database through a Web browser. For information, contact Manny Cordero or Tony Devietro.

Monthly PROJECT Summaries (MPS) (e.g., for indirect cost projects) are not available through Lotus Notes at this time.
