How
to Obtain Access to the RF Oracle System
If you are:
1.
PI or co-PI
of a Research Foundation Award/Project,
- send
an email to Tony Devietro
to get your user ID and password. You will have access to any Awards/Projects
on which you are officially listed as PI or co-PI.
2.
a member of an office that administers Research Foundation activity
for the entire campus,
- complete an Administrator
RF OASIS security request form (Word)
(pdf),
have it endorsed by your supervisor and forward it to Tony Devietro (Zip =
3368)
- be sure to specify the
responsibilties
that you will need to have.
3. an
administrator for a department or office that needs inquiry access
only to Awards/Projects for that department or office,
(KEY Key member)
4.
an administrator for one or more individuals who are PI's on Research
Foundation Awards/Projects
(KEY Key member)
- complete a KEY
Key member OASIS security request form, have it endorsed by each of
the PI's and forward it to Tony Devietro (Zip = 3368)
- be sure to indicate any
constraints or special circumstances regarding your access needs
5.
an administrator who needs inquiry access to specific RF Awards/Projects,
(KEY Key member)
- complete a KEY
Key member OASIS security request form, have it endorsed by each of
the PI's of the relevant Awards/Projects and forward it to Tony Devietro (Zip
= 3368)
- be sure to list the PTAO's
all of the Awards/Projects to which you need access
- indicate any constraints
or special circumstances regarding your access needs
Most individuals
will need training
before they are able to navigate in the OASIS system.
