The deadline for Summer & Fall Textbook Requisitions is April 5.
The deadline for Winter & Spring Textbook Requisitions is October 12.
Please keep in mind that the later your order is placed, the more difficult it will be for the Bookstore to secure your books in time. Timely submission allows the bookstore to do BUYBACK from students, allowing them to get money back and saving them money by making more used textbooks available. If you will be teaching a course during the upcoming semester(s) and require books or supplies for your class(es), please remember to submit your order to the Bookstore or the Provost's Liaison's Office as soon as possible.

Desk Copy Forms
Instructor desk copies can be requested through the Course Material Requisition Form (CMR) when the instructor shares their course material information by the designated due dates. If instructors are seeking desk copies after submitting their CMR, please contact the Provost's Liaison's Office at (631) 632-1150 or provost_liaison@notes.cc.sunysb.edu.
Please keep in mind that desk copy requests will only be accepted up to the designated due date of the CMR: April 5th for Summer & Fall and October 12th for Winter & Spring courses.
