Submitting Course Material Requisitions (CMR) through SOLAR
Below is a step-by-step overview of how to submit course material requisitions (CMR) through SOLAR.
1. Sign into SOLAR or, if you already signed in, click thebutton at the top right of the page
2. Look for the Instructor Self Service section at the bottom of the page and click on Course Material Requisition
3. If you are entering Fall requisitions, type 1138 in the Term box or use the spyglass to choose the term. Click the
If you are entering Spring requisitions, type 1144 in the Term box or use the spyglass to choose the term. Click the button.
If you are entering Winter requisitions, type 1141 in the Term box or use the spyglass to choose the term. Click the button.
4. A form, pre-populated with your course information, will be displayed. If you know what materials you will be requesting for the displayed course, enter your Textbook/Material Assignments, then click thebutton at the top right of the form.
Click thebutton on the bottom left to view the next course.
NOTE: Click the button, to refresh and view a list of all your courses
Change the term (semester) for which you are entering requisitions (Go to Step 3).
