SUNY Object Code Search Form

Note: This search form is only accessible from on-campus.

Information:

This site will allow you to search for and view SUNY Object Codes, OGS Commodity Codes, UNSPSC Codes and their respective descriptions. For your convenience, you can view any one of those data by putting in a few key fields. For example if you wish to just search by keyword, you enter in the keyword you wish to search for in the Keyword/Description field and then click on "Start Search".

Tips:

• OGS Commodity Codes are five (5) characters in length.
• SUNY Object Codes are six (6) characters in length.
• UNSPSC Codes are eight (8) characters in length.
• When reviewing the search results remember that if an item has multiple SUNY Object Codes, each SUNY Object Code will be separated by a hyphen.
