- Start Up of New Accounts
- Start up of new accounts shall be made in accordance with the following instructions:
- When making the initial contact with a contractor for new accounts, it is imperative that a request be made that the contractor provides the contract number on all invoices.
- DHL:
- When setting up a new DHL account, please contact DHL Express Account Representative Mark Lentine at (800) 433-6345 ext. 4397 or (860) 953-4715 ext. 4397. Identify yourself as an authorized entity eligible to use the New York State contract. DHL may ask you to verify your eligibility. The DHL Express Account Representative will be available to help determine the type of account that should be set up and establish an account number. If this Account Representative is not immediately available, your call will rollover to the next available Sales Representative.

- UPS:
- To set up a UPS account contact Monica Butler, (202) 675-4223 or Cathy Cusin at (202) 675-4224. Indicate that you are setting up an account under NYS Courier Services Contract PS57505.
