To all Faculty, Staff and Students,
I am pleased to announce that the response to the new branding
initiative has been extraordinarily positive. And it is evident there
is consensus in this feedback that the strength of Stony Brook is in
our unity. As a result, we will use one strong symbol to represent
both Stony Brook University and Stony Brook Medicine: the Stony Brook
shield.
