P522: RIGHT TO EXPRESS BREAST MILK IN THE WORK PLACE POLICY

As a result of revisions to NYS Labor Law Section 206-c, the law provides that nursing mothers, who are returning to work, have the right to express breast milk in the workplace. The University provides guidelines through the Human Resource Services Time and Attendance webpage.
