Ask and answer the basic question: How can we use diversity as the key to success? We all know diversity is the key to success for everything from an ecosystem to a financial portfolio, an orchestra to a sports team, a company to a government. The same is true for our classrooms. Every group includes diverse opinions, experiences, goals and feelings.
