Summer Session 2008 Parking Notice
June 2, 2008 through August 21, 2008
Please choose from the following:
- For Commuter Students
- For Resident Students
- For Apartment Resident Students
- Additional Parking for Evenings and Weekends
For Commuter Students
Commuter students may park in the following lots free of charge for the Summer 2008 semester:
- Green color-coded commuter parking lots
- Brown color-coded Stadium parking lot
- Dark blue color-coded resident student parking lots (Except for Roth Quad, West Apartments, Schomburg Apartments and Chapin Apartments)
For Resident Students
Continuing and returning students living in the West Apartments will be issued temporary permits by Parking Services for June, July and August for parking in the West Apartments parking lots (silver/black color-coded). Permits should be picked up at Parking Services on the second floor in the Administration Building lobby. You should not park until you have a valid parking permit on your vehicle. Students are obligated to pay all parking tickets incurred and should not assume a favorable decision.
For Apartment Resident Students
Continuing and returning students living in the West Apartments will be issued temporary permits by Parking Services for June, July and August for parking in the West Apartments parking lots (silver/black color-coded). Permits should be picked up at Parking Services on the second floor in the Administration Building lobby. You should not park until you have a valid parking permit on your vehicle. Students are obligated to pay all parking tickets incurred and should not assume a favorable decision.
Additional Parking for Evenings and Weekends
- Available Parking
- You may park legally in any unrestricted lot during evenings and weekends. Lots are generally unrestricted and available for anyone to park from 04:00PM to 07:00AM, Monday through Friday, and at all times Saturday and Sunday unless otherwise noted. Check for signs at parking lot entrances for restrictions.
- Metered parking lots (light-blue color-coded) must be paid from 07:00AM to 07:00PM, Monday through Friday but are free at all other times.
- The Administration Garage is free on Saturday and Sunday.
- The following lots/parking spaces are restricted and enforced at all times:

- Handicapped parking spaces
- Any lot marked as 24 Hour Parking
- Apartment parking lots (silver/black color-coded)
- Parking garages
