Walk-in visits are possible but appointments help keep waiting to a minimum and respect the privacy of other visitors. Please be aware that email is not a secure way to communicate. For that reason the Ombuds Office does not engage in detailed communications via email.

Directions
The Ombuds Office is located on the west campus, on the ground floor of the Melville (main) Library. An external private entrance is located at the southwest corner of the building, next door to the Alliance Room.
