Sub-group I.1 Administrative--Regional Counsels

Series 1 contains draft and published articles and copies of memoranda regarding the programs of Environmental Defense during the mid to late 1970s.

This series contains transcripts of meetings of the Advisory Council to the Joint Committee on Energy Policy and Implementation in California. Environmental Defense Fund attorney Thomas Graff was a member of the committee.

Written in response to requests on proposed regulations or policy, comments reflect EDF's position on issues related to energy and air quality.

This series consists of text of testimony given before committees on energy topics. The most frequent topics are electricity rates and demand, sulfur dioxide emissions standards and energy development.
