Group Study Rooms

Two Group Study Rooms are available in the Science & Engineering Library. They are intended to provide an area in the Library where Stony Brook University students, faculty, and staff members can collaborate without disturbing the people around them.

Group Study Rooms are available to groups of 2 to 6 people with valid SBU ID cards, for study sessions of up to 2 hours. The room may be renewed for on additional 2-hour period if no prior reservations have been made. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance, and must be claimed within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. For more information or to reserve a room, inquire at the Science & Engineering Library service desk, or call 632-7148.
