in Korean Studies
Korean Studies offers dozens of courses
throughout the school year. Stony Brook University has long
been recognized as a major academic center to teach and research
Korean Thoughts and Religions outside Korea. Thus, the courses
offered provide a variety of choices to learn about Korea¡¯s
intellectual, spiritual and philosophical traditions as well
as language and culture.
Those who are pursuing a Korean Studies
minor or Asian Studies major/minor should also refer to academic
requirements for respective programs to manage required courses
and credits taken.
