Maple, Mathematica, Minitab, SAS and SPSS require a signed license agreement form. Please download the license agreement form listed above and be sure to bring a signed copy to Seawolves MarketPlace when you are ready to make your purchase. The signed license agreement form must be attached if placing your order by mail.

For mail orders, you must provide a physical shipping address. Orders will not be shipped to P.O. boxes. Also, as a reminder to students placing orders for their free copy of Microsoft Office, only one version can be requested for either Microsoft Office 2007 (Windows) or Microsoft Office 2008 (Mac). Students cannot receive both.
