Television Problems can be reported in the following ways:
- By calling the TelNet Service Desk at (631) 623-8568
- By emailing telnet@notes.cc.sunysb.edu
The following information should be provided:
- Your Contact name and number
- Problem you are experiencing with your TV
- Building name, floor and room number
Students
All resident students must report data jack problems to their quad office.
