If you need a data jack installed, repaired, or activated (i.e. it is hanging off the wall), you can report this by e-mailing telnet@notes.cc.sunysb.edu. Please include the following information in your e-mail message:
All resident students must report data jack problems to their quad office.
If you need a new data jack installed or an existing jack activated, please contact Hospital Networking.
The following form must be filled out and e-mailed to telnet@notes.cc.sunysb.edu for work orders being charged to a Research Foundation account.
