IEC Program Fee Refund Policy
Cancellation BEFORE Arrival
The $200 IEC Program fee deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If an applicant has to defer attendance for any reason, the $200 deposit can be rolled over to the next consecutive semester. Please note that applicants can only roll-over the deposit once. The deposit is forfeited thereafter. If an applicant would like to try again, a new application, new financials, and new deposits will have to be submitted.
Cancellation AFTER Arrival
Once a student has participated in orientation and taken placement exams he/she is responsible for payment of IEC program fee balance and University fees.
Students have until August 15th
for the Fall semester or January 15th for Spring semester to cancel in writing.
Students who cancel after the above deadlines forfeit their deposit.
