Day trip to NY City: CANCELLED

Due to lack of interest, the day trip to NY city has been cancelled and will be replaced by the day trip to Mohegan Sun Casino. Information on the trip can be obtained from the web site http://www.bpjferry.com/mohegan.shtml

Wednesday, June 13:

Half-day Fire Island beach trip:

Bus departs University on-campus housing (Tabler Quad) at 10AM, Danfords at 10:15, and Holiday Inn at 10:30. Price of trip is $10 per person and includes all transportation. The bus will drop companions off at the Sayville ferry terminal for a short ride across the Great South Bay to Sailor's Haven on Fire Island National Seashore. A ranger-led interpretive tour of the Sunken Forest will be given. Facilities at Sailor's Haven include a snack bar, interpretive vistor center, and life-guarded beach. The bus departs the Sayville ferry terminal at 3:45PM to return to the University Student Activities Center by 4:30PM.

Banquet: $50 for each spouse or guest (purchase tickets via registration form or BNL day registration)
