There are two kinds of postbacc programs. We call the first one a "square one program." That means you are starting off with little or no background in premedical coursework. Most people call the second kind of program "enrichment." Enrichment means that you already took all of your basic premedical requirements but you need to boost your grades by taking more science courses.
