Aron Persaud, Assistant Auxiliary Services Manager

Joseph Glorioso, Operations Manager
Originally from upstate New York, Operations Manager, Joseph Glorioso, graduated from the University of Albany with a degree in Business
Economics. Joe spent many years managing corporate and private food service establishments with an emphasis on reducing waste and being
environmentally sustainable. His years of training college students in the industry are clearly evident in his guidance of the staff at
Center Café. Joe is very generous with his time and experience to help advance student employees' career development.
Peter Psyllos, Executive Chef
Executive Chef Peter J. Psyllos was raised in his parent's restaurants and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. After
owning his own establishment, Peter joined the staff at Tweeds Restaurant and Buffalo Bar on the North Fork of Long Island, where he
forged close professional ties with the local organic farmers and fishermen. His experience includes all aspects of the food service
industry including teaching at both the Culinary Academy of Long Island and Suffolk Community College School of Culinary Arts. His
passions for local food and education have merged here at Stony Brook Southampton, which is evident in the food he prepares.
