Alternative Dining at Tabler
Beginning Fall 2007 Tabler Café will feature an expanded menu and extended hours of operation. In addition to current offerings Tabler Café will offer panini, hot entrées,
Au Bon Pain soups, and a wide assortment of convenient grab- and-go options.

 

Dunkin Donuts offers a variety of donuts and more than a dozen different coffee beverages. The coffee is brewed with 100% Arabica coffee beans and has its own coffee specifications, which are recognized by the industry as a superior grade of coffee.
 

Freschetta offers a pizza with a crust that smells and tastes like fresh baked bread. Choose from a variety of toppings for your 8” made-to-order pizza.
 

Panini Fresca is a unique combination of flavored spreads and vinaigrettes, roasted vegetables, freshly sliced meats and artisan breads. These hot, hearty grilled bread paninis offer a new spin on the art of sandwich making.
 

Outtakes offers customers pressed for time with grab-and- go selections such as gourmet sandwiches, wraps and salads as well as fruit & yogurt parfaits, muffins, pastries and Sushi.
 

Au Bon Pain signature soups have a reputation for exceptional quality and taste. Choose from over a dozen different varieties which also include vegetarian, low sodium and low fat soups.

Alternative Dining at SB Union
These Campus Dining Services concepts will have extended hours of operation during
the 2007 - 2008 Academic Year.

Visit the the NEW Union Commons featuring Calypso, Halal New York, Coyote Jack's and Bamboo! Located on the first floor of the Stony Brook Union building.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday 11am-7:30 pm


 


Bamboo  - is a value-driven Asian concept with enticing food preparations and presentations. The menu features traditional Asian wok favorites with tangy sauces, fresh tossed Asian salads and soups. Click here to view the new Bamboo Menu!
 

Halal Concept - New Halal entrées & sides will be offered daily in addition to the NYC Gyro Cart made with halal meats, grab-and-go sandwiches and wraps.
Hours: Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Coyote Jack’s Grill is a Southwestern char-grilled burger and chicken concept that offers Wild West condiments and dipping sauces! Also available - wraps, salads, onion rings and fries.

Calypso! - This new Caribbean concept will offer authentic West Indies Caribbean cuisine such as curried goat, mahi mahi, rum marinated chicken breast, oxtails, and jerk pork stew. The menu will feature Golden Krust products such as coco bread and chicken, beef or veggie patties. Also enjoy fried plantains, Callaloo soup and jerk chicken wraps.

End of the Bridge - will undergo a Summer 2007 renovation to become Starbucks and Wolfie’s Wings & Things, a restaurant with big portions, great taste, and a super value.
Hours: Monday - Friday Lunch 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM and Dinner 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
