1. GUEST LECTURES/SPEAKERS/Q&A SESSIONS

         We met different instructors and got difference points of view

         Everything was ok--itís a good class

         It was great

         I like to listen to people who understand a lot about different problems

         I like everything

         Instructor is the best part of the course

         I just liked it and appreciated the opportunity to listen to speakers and use their wisdom

 

 

2. POWER POINT BRIEFINGS, QUIZZES & DISCUSSIONS

         Power Point presentations were a good reference

         I liked them all--it was very clear

         Briefings could have been less detailed

         Power Point stuff was good

         Power Point helped me a lot to understand what we discussed

         Most readings were very interesting

         Readings were informative

         Instructor emails are informative

         Everything was wonderful

         We good very quick responses to our emails

         The instructor was good and so was the TA

         Instructor was great--he is an "A" in my book

         The grading was easy if you did your work

         Grading was fair

         The grading system was good

         Had no problems with grading

         Similarity with PolSci

         It helps me for International Politics

         Minor goes well with PolSci

         It is a one-year minor

         Effects of the interdependence of global economy/role of transnational movements/current global issues

         Economic trade/development/political government and its effects on UN

         Transnational Corporations/The Race to the Bottom/Sweat Shops

         Effects of transnational corporations and global economics

         It affects everyone and everything whatever we do/It is not necessarily a good thing/It needs to change

         We all live in a global community/Learned about its pro's and con's

 

 

9. What most important thing did you learn from the UN trip?

         The UN's structure and its financial burden

         The UN's broad outreach

         How many missions they have

         How everything is connected

         Job opportunities-UN internships

         I like the courses offered/The minor is relevant for my major/I like the class structure

         I enjoy the topic/it goes with my major/federated courses offered are interesting
