Priority FAFSA deadline to apply for Federal Work Study, Federal SEOG, and the Federal Perkins Loan for the 2007-2008 academic year and for summer 2007 Federal Work Study. The FAFSA must be received by the federal processor on or before March 1. However, we suggest that you file the FAFSA by February 15.

If you used estimated income when filing your FAFSA, now is the time to update your application with actual 2006 Federal Income Tax Return amounts. Be sure to also update question #32 for students (has the student completed his/her IRS income tax return?) and question #76 for parents (have the student's parents completed their IRS income tax return or another tax return?). View and make corrections on-line via FAFSA on the Web.

Last day for Juniors (57 credits or more) to declare a primary major to satisfy New York State TAP requirements. To declare a primary major, download the Major/Minor Declaration Form and return it to the Registrar's Office. For the specific deadline date please refer to the Registrar's Office information on TAP.
