Habitat for Humanity Fundraiser
March 13, 2003
EH&S sponsored a 'Bake, Candy and Beanie Baby' sale to raise money for the 'Stony Brook House 2003'. The sale, coordinated by Jill Kavoukian, Kathy Terwilliger, Irene Wade and Karolyn Hanczor, was held in the SAC Lobby on March 11, 2003. Homemade pies, cakes, cookies, candies and gift baskets were offered at bargain prices.
So far, EH&S raised close to $500.00, surpassing their department goal of $200.00. EH&S would like to thank everyone who supported and helped with the sale, including those who baked, made candy, and donated items. Special thanks to Kathy Terwilliger who donated and sold 40 of her personal Beanie Babies. The sale is continuing in Suffolk Hall. Please call (631) 632-6410 for additional information.
