Hazardous Waste
The N.Y.S. Department of Environmental Conservation, as required by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, implements the Federal Hazardous Waste Management Program, in New York State. The University's Hazardous Waste Management Program was developed to meet or exceed New York State's hazardous waste management regulations, including 6 NYCRR Parts 370, 371, 372, 373, 374, and 376 (the Part 370 series).
